Substance Exposed Newborns Task Force

Who we are

In 2012, a group of community partners unanimously agreed that the focus of this committee would be to prevent and decrease the number of Substance Exposed Newborns and increase awareness with education about the risks of substance use before, during and after pregnancy. This committee is dedicated to providing physicians, birthing facilities and the community with tools to use in their practices to share with patients and families.
